Recent study shows that Sesame could boost male fertility

Recent study shows that Sesame could boost male fertility. Tests at the University of Medical Sciences in Isfahan, Iran, found infertile men who took a daily capsule containing sesame oil saw significant improvements in sperm health. The researchers recruited 25 infertile men for this study and  after 3 months; the results, published in the Journal of Research in Medical Sciences, found sperm counts doubled and motility improved significantly!
